We offer secure and flexible self storage units of a variety of sizes inside and out. Book the unit that is right for you, and store your items. With long opening hours on both our sites you'll be able to access your stuff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Entry and Exit
HOW DO I GET ENTRY TO MY UNIT?
Top Storage St Neots – A pin code entry system is used to open the main personnel door.
Top Storage Cambourne - With Top Storage, you can enter the facility and your unit using just your mobile phone. Before your move in date, you will receive a text message to your mobile phone with instructions on how to set this up. It will require the download of a Storage Smart Entry App from either the Apple or Android app stores. Downloading the app and gaining access is simple, but if you are in any doubt we recommend moving in on a week day, where we can be reached on the phone for any queries.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP?
Follow the instructions on the text message sent to you, which will take you to the Apple or Android app stores, depending on which device you have.
I DON’T HAVE AN APPLE OR ANDROID DEVICE. CAN I STILL GET ACCESS?
Yes you can, though you will need to use a Fob which requires a deposit payment. Call us on 01954 607551 if you require one, either before or after booking your unit.
WHY WON’T THE GATES/DOORS/UNIT DOOR OPEN FOR ME?
If the doors wont open, please contact Top Storage on 01954 607551.
*Please note the front gates are automated, do not push or pull them as access is through your app.

Both our sites are open accessible 365 days a year.
St Neots – 24/7
Cambourne – 24/7
Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
WILL THERE BE ANY EMPLOYEES ON SITE WHEN I ARRIVE?
Unless you have previously arranged to meet a member of our team on site, it is unlikely there will be any employees on site when you arrive.
Packing and Unloading my stuff
IS THERE ANYONE ON SITE TO HELP ME UNLOAD OR LOAD MY STUFF?
While employees are sometimes on site, you should always plan to unload and pack your items yourself.
ARE THERE ANY STEPS TO ENTER THE FACILITY?
The St Neots facility entrance includes a short ramp. The Cambourne site entrance is at ground level with no steps.
HOW CLOSE CAN I PARK TO MY UNIT?
Both indoor sites have an internal loading bay and at the outdoor site you can drive up to all units.
ARE THERE ANY DOLLYS OR TROLLEYS AT THE SITE TO AID WITH UNLOADING/PACKING?
There may be dollys or trolleys on site to help you with unloading, but these are not always available and may not be suitable for your needs. Please plan to bring your own assistance if required.

You can store any item, as long as it is not on our prohibited list.

Yes you can. To cancel your booking, please email info@topstorage.co.uk You will not be charged if you cancel before your move in date.

Moving out
I WANT TO MOVE OUT AND/OR CANCEL FUTURE PAYMENTS. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Top Storage St Neots - Please contact us by email with 7 days notice to cancel your storage agreement.
Top Storage Cambourne - The quickest way to move out is to log into your Top Storage account online and cancel. If you require any assistance, call us on 01954 607551.
I WANT TO MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY. CAN I GET A REFUND ON PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE?
You can move out at any time (subject to opening hours). However, payments are made monthly in advance and require 7 days notice.

We are located at Lansbury Farm, Abbotsley, St Neots, PE19 6XQ.
Lansbury Farm is located on the B1046 between Abbotsley and St Neots, and is well sign posted from the road.

WHERE IS TOP STORAGE’S CAMBOURNE FACILITY?
We are located at Swansley Wood, Caxton Gibbet, Cambourne, CB23 3PH.
From Caxton gibbet, head towards Caxton, on the left you will pass the McDonalds turn, immediately after this turn left, drive 500m until you see the Top Storage entrance.
